A sound immersion session is similar to a sound bath as it’s a meditative musical journey that will help you release what no longer serves and allows the body to let go of stagnant energy. In addition, it helps you re-align your energetic body by using powerful sound vibrations. The vibrations affect the nervous system helping you invoke a deep state of relaxation. In a sound immersion you are immersed in the deep vibrations of variety of instruments: quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, and other instruments. These instruments when played produce a matrix of energies that are used to induce relaxation, clearing, expansion, and rejuvenation on every level.
